BlissThere are no levels in bliss.What does following your bliss actually feel like, right now, today, in this moment?Because the goal is the path and the path is where you actually live.My husband is training for his first London marathon at 51 whilst stepping into a demanding new role.The path could feel heavy and at times, it feels deeply challenging for him.But a big aspect of his desired path to his deeply hopeful outcome, is for us celebrate him along the way. Every, run, every mile, that's the whole loving strategy which helps him to keep moving!The path doesn't have to be complicated, it just has to be aligned, with dashes of reflection and deep doses of self-kidness.What is one small thing you could add to your path today, that would help expand it to a more fulfilling and glorious one?
